2026 Summer Sign Up

Welcome to Grindhouse's 2026 Summer Program. 

Here's what you need to know: Frequency: How many days your athlete will be committing to a week. I recommend at least 2 times a week. Days/Times: I recommend picking consecutive days because of how the programming is designed. Please choose your preferred days and times. I'll do my best to accommodate the days/times chosen. Pricing: ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH. Prices are based on monthly payment: 4 x week $157.50 3 x week $131.25 2 x week $105 Drop In $20 If monthly payment isn't received first week, it'll be considered a drop in. All payments can be made by e-transfer. I'll be in touch after registration to confirm days/times. I want to keep the groups at a smaller size to ensure that everyone gets what they need while they're here. My highest priority is helping these athletes achieve the goals they come in here with. I try to be as flexible as possible, so everyone is always welcome to hop in to another session if they miss or it works better for them. Please just let me know ahead of time so I can be prepared. As always, I'll try my best to accommodate injuries and rehab as best as I can. I want these athletes to feel strong and confident going into their upcoming season.
