Things to note:
- Slow and steady god dammit. No rushing any of these
- Switch them up. Don't always just pick your favourites.
- Do 8-10 reps of each exercise at least 2-3 times
- I know you hate this...but I promise it's good for you!
- Focus on these on your cardio days
